Deck overview

This is an Azorius ETB/blink deck built around Niko, Light of Hope - it does exactly what you asked: every flicker effect re-triggers Niko and creates Shard tokens. Those Shards are both disposable card draw and, once Niko activates, a combat resource that can copy your best nonlegendary creatures. The deck layers repeatable blink engines like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Soulherder, Teleportation Circle, Conjurer's Closet, and Displacer Kitten over a strong core of ETB value creatures. It can pivot into several real combo lines: Deadeye Navigator plus Peregrine Drake for infinite mana, Restoration Angel plus Felidar Guardian for endless ETBs, and Preston, the Vanisher to turn those blinks into token generation. The primary finisher is combat - either an enormous Soulherder, or an alpha strike where Niko turns a large Shard pile into copies of Battle Angels of Tyr.
