Deck overview

Mirko, Obsessive Theorist leads a Dimir surveil graveyard value deck. The deck fills the graveyard with surveil, puts +1/+1 counters on Mirko for each surveil, and reanimates a creature with power less than Mirko at each end step with a finality counter. It wins without combos through repeated value: Gray Merchant of Asphodel drains, Syr Konrad pings on mill and death, Massacre Wurm and Sire of Stagnation pressure, and a large Mirko attacks. Secondary paths use Case of the Shifting Visage to copy creatures, Sepulchral Primordial to steal opponents' creatures, and Ultimecia for an extra turn. Mirko is the repeatable recursion engine; Syr Konrad and Eye of Duskmantle act as hidden commanders that turn surveil into damage and free casts.
