Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red Dragon tribal stompy list commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on establishing early mana acceleration through artifact ramp and tribal cost reducers like Dragonspeaker Shaman and Dragonlord's Servant. Once Lathliss, Dragon Queen enters the battlefield on Turn 5, each subsequent Dragon cast doubles your aerial board presence by generating a 5/5 flying Dragon token. The deck leverages high-impact threats like Utvara Hellkite, Terror of Mount Velus, and Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, pairing them with damage enablers such as Dragon Tempest and Warstorm Surge. Combat lethality is accelerated through Lathliss's repeatable firebreathing ability and extra attack phases from Scourge of the Throne or Hellkite Charger. The deck relies on damage sweepers like Blasphemous Act to keep opposing boards in check while it flies over defenses to close out the game.
