Golgari Rari 2 by RadMad24

Format: Commander

Commander: Rendmaw, Creaking Nest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rendmaw, Creaking Nest heads a Golgari token-and-drain strategy. The primary plan is to cast the scarecrow, then play cards that carry two card types-artifact creatures, enchantment creatures, artifact lands-to build a growing flock of goaded 2/2 Birds that attack everyone but you. Secondary axes use Syr Konrad, Cauldron of Essence, and Culling Ritual to turn those bodies into direct life loss, while Grist, Insidious Roots, and Whip of Erebos keep the battlefield rotating. The deck is a midrange attrition engine rather than a combo. There is no hidden commander; The Swarmweaver and Syr Konrad are support, but every line is built around maximizing Rendmaw's trigger.
