Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Jeskai Hero tribal and +1/+1 counter modification deck commanded by Captain America, Team Leader. The primary game plan focuses on rapid creature deployment, utilizing the commander's ability to grant every entering Hero an immediate +1/+1 counter, vigilance, and haste. This eliminates summoning sickness downtime and continuously grows Captain America into a formidable combat threat. On Turns 4 and 5, the deck transitions from board development to lethal pressure by deploying powerful damage multipliers like War Machine, Avenging Arsenal and Akki Battle Squad, or resolving one-sided sweepers such as Wave Goodbye and Damning Verdict that spare modified creatures. Supported by reliable card draw from Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler and SP//dr, Piloted by Peni, along with resilient defensive tools like Ripples of Potential and Captain America, Super-Soldier, the deck applies relentless combat pressure to eliminate all three opponents by Turn 7.
