Prosper, Tome-Bound by krizappy

Format: Commander

Commander: Prosper, Tome-Bound

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Prosper, Tome-Bound is the engine of this rakdos value-combo deck: his end-step exile creates both card flow and Treasure. The primary plan is to build a critical mass of exile-cast effects and artifact token generation, then convert those tokens into mana and pings. The main win is the Birgi/Harnfel + Longshot, Rebel Bowman + Sensei's Divining Top loop with any artifact-etb pinger; the backup plan is a midrange treasure burn using Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Master, or Alchemist's Talent with Torment of Hailfire as a mana sink. Birgi/Harnfel and Urza's Saga are the de facto hidden commanders for engine resilience.
