Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest leads a Jeskai spell-slinger deck built around a growing council of legendary Wizards. The commander's combat trigger free-casts high-mana instants and sorceries, so the primary plan is to assemble two to four Wizards, then use that trigger to chain extra turns (Time Warp, Walk the Aeons, Karn's Temporal Sundering) and draw spells while Vivi Ornitier, Veyran, and Gandalf the Grey convert every noncreature spell into global damage and pumped attackers. The Emperor of Palamecia, effectively a hidden finisher, flips into The Lord Master of Hell, whose attack burns all opponents. A secondary path uses Kaza, Ral, and Vivi to generate huge mana for Aminatou's Augury and other top-end sorceries. Gandalf, Party Guest is the acceleration engine; Gandalf the Grey is the hidden commander.
