Braids, Conjurer Adept transforms the game into a high-stakes "each player cheats permanents" race, and this mono-blue build is engineered to win that race almost every time. The deck pairs Braids's symmetrical enabler with a blistering fast-mana base (Mishra's Workshop, Ancient Tomb, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, etc.) and an overwhelming density of tutors and counterspells. The primary win condition is infinite mana from Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal (powered by a rock that produces 2+ mana) with Walking Ballista as the outlet. Secondary lines include Hullbreaker Horror / Tidespout Tyrant loops, extra-turn chaining via Nexus of Fate, and simply deploying gigantic threats (Kozilek, Jin-Gitaxias) ahead of schedule. The deck functions at full power even if Braids is never cast, thanks to its deep toolbox of artifact tutors and instant-speed interaction.
