Notics - Feat. SCRAPS OF URZA by Boxer29

Format: Commander

Commander: Noctis, Prince of Lucis

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

An Esper artifact-token shell that floods the board with Thopters, Servos, and Constructs while Noctis, Prince of Lucis provides graveyard recursion for artifacts. The primary plan is to out-value opponents with card draw from Skullclamp, Thopter Spy Network, and Shimmer Dragon, then close with a wide boosted attack or with Marionette Master plus Austere Command's artifact wipe. Tymna the Weaver, Zur the Enchanter, and Teshar act as secondary value pieces; Zur can fetch Tempered Steel as a hidden commander. The deck is fairly linear but has several accelerants and enough interaction to grind through midrange decks.
