Format: Commander

Commander: Wan Shi Tong, Librarian

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Wan Shi Tong, Librarian is a flash draw engine and anti-tutor stax piece. The deck is a mono-blue artifact-toolbox control deck that wins by assembling Thassa's Oracle with an empty library, usually through Timetwister loops or repeated recursion. Secondary paths include commander damage from a huge Wan Shi Tong and copying powerful permanents. The deck controls the stack with free counterspells and bounce, then uses artifact tutors to find combo pieces. The hidden commander is Thassa's Oracle, which the entire tutor and recursion suite is built to find and protect.
