Deck overview

Toph, the First Metalbender commands a resilient Naya landfall and +1/+1 counters deck centered on animating lands into durable threats via the Earthbend mechanic. By turning lands and nontoken artifacts into 0/0 creature lands with haste and +1/+1 counters that return tapped when destroyed or exiled, Toph creates a self-replenishing board state. The deck accelerates through dense 1-2 CMC ramp like Birds of Paradise, Lotus Cobra, and Exploration into explosive mid-game multipliers like Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Branching Evolution, and Bumi, Unleashed. With Bumi providing land untaps and extra combats alongside double strike from Toph, Greatest Earthbender, the deck reliably presents lethal combat damage by Turn 6. Toph's artifact typing also creates asymmetric value with Hour of Revelation and complements a lockout route with Karn, the Great Creator and Mycosynth Lattice. Zero-mana shroud from Sylvan Safekeeper ensures the deck maintains relentless tempo.
