Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Grixis engine commanded by Doctor Doom, King of Latveria, leveraging discard triggers, connive mechanics, and Villain creature synergies to drain opponents while churning through the library. Built around rapid mana acceleration and wheel effects like Wheel of Fortune and Windfall, the deck quickly deploys impactful payoffs including Glint-Horn Buccaneer and Bone Miser. Each discard filters card quality, pumps Villain attackers, and drains life totals across the table. While it does not utilize infinite combos, its dense suite of free interaction such as Deflecting Swat, Force of Negation, and Deadly Rollick ensures protection during critical plays. The strategy establishes early combat pressure and snowballs incremental burn into a definitive table elimination by the mid-game.
