Format: Commander

Commander: Baylen, the Haymaker

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Naya tokens-and-counters deck built around Baylen, the Haymaker, whose ability to turn tokens into mana, cards, and a lethal pump engine makes the commander a one-card engine. The primary game plan is to generate a wide board of Rabbit and other tokens through cards like Hop to It, Head of the Homestead, and Carrot Cake, then deploy +1/+1 counter synergies and combat tricks to overwhelm opponents. The deck eschews infinite combos in favor of incremental board advantage and combat inevitability, relying on Overwhelm, Boros Charm, and Brass Knuckles to push through lethal damage. Baylen itself can serve as a win condition when its pump ability is activated with four tokens, turning it into a trampling threat.
