Format: Commander

Commander: Kotis, the Fangkeeper

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kotis, the Fangkeeper is a BUG voltron commander who turns a single unblockable connection into a burst of free spells. The deck uses one-mana dorks, signets, and talismans to cast Kotis on turn three, then wraps him in cheap auras and equipment that grant evasion, power, and hexproof. Felix Five-Boots is the hidden lieutenant, doubling every relevant combat-damage trigger; with Felix, one Kotis hit exiles and can cast twice as many cards. Secondary pressure comes from Brainstealer Dragon, Brokkos, Toski, and March of the World Ooze. The deck wins by repeatedly dealing 21 commander damage over about three turns while stripping protection away with instant-speed interaction.
