This Azorius deck is helmed by Heliod, the Radiant Dawn // Heliod, the Warped Eclipse, a two-faced commander that flips from enchantment recursion to a cost-reduction and flash enabler. The primary game plan is to flood the table with symmetrical draw effects (Howling Mine, Temple Bell, Dictate of Kruphix) while punishing opponents for drawing via Smothering Tithe, Scrawling Crawler, and Faerie Mastermind. The transformed Heliod reduces spell costs by the number of cards opponents have drawn each turn, enabling massive X-draw spells (Blue Sun's Zenith, Prosperity, Finale of Revelation) and eventually an extra-turn spell like Time Stretch to chain into a win.
