Deck overview

Choco, Seeker of Paradise helms an aggressive Bant typal deck that bridges avian swarms with explosive Landfall triggers. The early game focuses on deploying low-cost Birds and token generators such as Birds of Paradise, Sazh's Chocobo, and Sidequest: Raise a Chocobo to build critical mass. Casting Choco on Turn 4 sets the engine into motion: each combat swing digs into the library proportional to the attacking flock, selecting a key spell while dropping every revealed land directly onto the battlefield tapped. This sudden influx of lands triggers massive Landfall buffs across Choco and companion permanents like Ride the Shoopuf and Chocobo Racetrack. Supported by flying lords like Empyrean Eagle, card-draw engines like Kastral, the Windcrested, and game-ending anthems like Beastmaster Ascension, the deck overwhelms opponents from the air while filtering past unwanted draws into the graveyard.
