Deck overview

This list is a high-powered 5-color Dragon Tribal Stompy deck commanded by The Ur-Dragon. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana in the first two turns using efficient mana dorks, fast rocks, and an optimized mana base of duals and fetches. The passive eminence ability reduces the cost of all Dragon spells by one generic mana, enabling Turn 4 deployment of explosive centerpiece creatures like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Terror of the Peaks, or Hellkite Courser. By Turn 5, the deck establishes critical onset by attacking with massive flying bodies, generating exponential Treasure mana via Old Gnawbone or Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient, and triggering widespread card draw. The game typically closes on Turn 6 through overwhelming aerial combat damage paired with ETB burn from Dragon Tempest or Scourge of Valkas. The deck is resilient against countermagic and sweepers thanks to Dragonlord Dromoka, Rhythm of the Wild, and Teferi's Protection.
