Deck overview

This mono-white Pauper Commander deck pairs Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward with Far Traveler to generate overwhelming card advantage and an enormous Soldier token army. In the early turns, the deck deploys inexpensive artifacts and creatures that draw cards or fetch basic Plains upon entering the battlefield. On Turn 5, casting Abdel exiles these utility permanents, creating 1/1 Soldier tokens for each. By attacking or tapping Abdel through utility lands like Holdout Settlement, Far Traveler flickers Abdel at the end step. This flicker returns the exiled permanents to trigger their card-draw effects before Abdel re-exiles them for another wave of tokens. Over subsequent turns, the deck expands its board, gains substantial life through Soul Sisters, taps down opposing blockers with Court Street Denizen, and locks out attackers using Stonehorn Dignitary, ultimately overwhelming the table through wide combat damage.
