Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Zombie Tribal and Aristocrats strategy commanded by Varina, Lich Queen. It focuses on curving out low-cost Zombies in the opening turns, deploying Varina on Turn 4, and attacking aggressively to filter cards into the graveyard while maintaining hand quality. The deck leverages its stocked graveyard with mass recursion spells such as Living Death and Zombie Apocalypse to create overwhelming board states. Multiple tribal lords provide power buffs, deathtouch, and flying, turning Zombie tokens into lethal threats. When combat is contested, Aristocrat engines like Diregraf Captain, Plague Belcher, and Vengeful Dead convert creature deaths into direct life loss. An infinite combo using Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion provides an alternate instantaneous win condition. The list operates with high tribal redundancy, efficient spot removal, and countermagic protection.
