Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet artifact cheat strategy centered around Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man. In the early game, the deck establishes artifact mana acceleration and uses Tony Stark's activated ability to dig four cards deep for key artifact pieces. Once six mana is reached, Tony transforms at sorcery speed into The Invincible Iron Man, an airborne 5/5 with haste that cheats massive artifacts directly onto the battlefield at the beginning of combat. Primary payoffs include Blightsteel Colossus for lethal infect pressure, Excalibur, Sword of Eden for rapid commander damage, and Darksteel Colossus for indestructible combat presence. Backup cheat outlets like Tinker, Jhoira, Ageless Innovator, and Vision Quest provide redundancy. The deck generates strong single-target offensive pressure but is vulnerable due to a near-total absence of reactive interaction, leaving it exposed to opposing combo wins and exile removal across multiple combat turns.
