Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Boros aggressive midrange strategy built around General Ferrous Rokiric. The primary game plan leverages dense multicolored spells to trigger Ferrous, churning out an army of 4/4 Golem artifact creature tokens. Fast mana acceleration (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mox Diamond) enables an early deployment of Ferrous on Turn 2 or 3, transitioning immediately into token generation on Turn 4. From there, explosive combat magnifiers such as Blade Historian, Neyali, Suns' Vanguard, Iroas, God of Victory, and Winota, Joiner of Forces turn the Golem swarm into an overwhelming clock by Turn 5. A dedicated Sunforger package provides repeatable instant-speed interaction, versatile removal, and decisive protection spells like Boros Charm. While Ferrous enjoys inherent protection via hexproof from monocolored, the deck's reliance on combat damage and vulnerability to mass exile sweepers remain its main operational boundaries.
