Nick Fury 8.14 by t-baggus

Format: Commander

Commander: Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Nick Fury is the engine of a five-color Hero toolkit: the deck's first job is to land him and activate a Power-up to put a Hero, Equipment, or Vehicle from the top seven into play. The hidden centerpiece is Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk, because Nick Fury can fetch and transform him immediately into the deck's biggest recurring damage threat. Secondary routes are Defense of the Heart and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, which turn the top-of-library tutored starts into a wide board. Power-up and Hero synergies make the deck fast at assembling value, while Elbrus/Withengar and Fiery Emancipation supply combat overkill. The deck has no deterministic combo, so most games end through a big, evasive attack.
