Gisa, the Hellraiser by James803

Commander: Gisa, the Hellraiser

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal strategy centered on Gisa, the Hellraiser, focusing on "committing crimes" to generate a relentless army of Zombie Rogues. The primary game plan involves using repeatable interaction-such as graveyard exile via Withered Wretch or Cemetery Reaper-to trigger Gisa s token production on every player's turn. The deck leverages classic Zombie synergies, using lords like Death Baron and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to buff the horde, while utilizing aristocrat finishers like Plague Belcher and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. A secondary "life-halfing" subtheme exists with Unstoppable Slasher and Wound Reflection, capable of eliminating players in a single combat step. The deck excels at board presence and incremental value, using its commander as a high-ceiling token engine that rewards the pilot for interacting with opponents' resources.
