Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis tribal aggro-aristocrats list commanded by Loki, the Deceiver. The primary strategy focuses on deploying resilient and impactful Marvel Villain creatures during the early turns, followed by casting Loki on turn 4. Once Loki attacks, he creates nonlegendary token copies of your strongest Villains, doubling their enter-the-battlefield abilities and attacking presence. As these temporary Illusion copies deal combat damage, Loki draws cards to maintain hand advantage. At the end of the turn, the illusion tokens are sacrificed, turning expiring attackers into direct life drain through aristocrat payoffs like Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, and Goblin Bombardment. High-end spells like Kindred Dominance and Multiversal Incursion break board parity to close out games.
