Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk is an enrage-combo deck. The 1/1 front face is used as a cheap sorcery-speed draw engine to find the pieces for the transform; the deck is clearly built around The Incredible Hulk's back face, since Caltrops and Cunning Sparkmage turn his enrage into a repeatable extra-combat kill. Fallback channels include Aggravated Assault with Savage Ventmaw, Hellkite Charger with Sword of Feast and Famine, and Basalt Monolith untap loops into Walking Ballista. The commander is the primary engine and finisher, but several non-commander combos give the deck alternative routes. Its main hole is the absence of artifact or enchantment removal.
