Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black graveyard combo deck helmed by Trazyn the Infinite. The core strategy aims to dump specific artifact creatures into the graveyard—primarily Phyrexian Devourer and Walking Ballista—and resolve Trazyn to inherit their activated abilities. Because neither ability requires tapping, Trazyn can immediately exile cards from the library to generate +1/+1 counters and remove them to ping the entire table for lethal damage in a single turn. The deck supports this line with targeted graveyard tutors like Buried Alive and Entomb, dense self-mill engines like Mesmeric Orb and Stitcher's Supplier, and big-mana artifact acceleration. Backup infinite mana engines using Pili-Pala, Basalt Monolith, or Staff of Domination provide redundant win paths. The deck is fast and compact once pieces are in the graveyard, though it remains vulnerable to early graveyard hate and heavy stack interaction.
