Deck overview

This deck is a non-green five-color Polymorph Midrange strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The list excludes cheap utility creature cards entirely, instead relying on noncreature token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls to provide expendable polymorph fodder. A dense package of two-mana artifacts accelerates mana deployment, allowing the commander to hit the board on Turn 4. Upon entering, Jace's [-3] ability exiles a token to reveal and cheat an overwhelming creature threat directly from the library, including game-closing powerhouses like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and The Ur-Sphinx. The deck backs up this primary line with mass-polymorph sorceries and a robust suite of white-based spot exile spells and asymmetric sweepers to maintain control before finishing the table through evasive combat damage.
