Commander: Liliana the Repentant

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Liliana the Repentant leads a mono-black graveyard combo and aristocrats strategy. The primary game plan fills the graveyard using self-mill and Entomb, then executes an infinite drain loop with Gravecrawler, Warren Soultrader, and a blood artist payoff like Zulaport Cutthroat or Ayara, First of Locthwain. Secondary paths leverage mass reanimation spells such as Living Death, Balthor the Defiled, and Rise of the Dark Realms to swarm the battlefield with devastating threats like Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Vilis, Broker of Blood. Liliana serves as low-cost early utility, passively milling cards on creature entries and providing an emergency reanimation exhaust activation to recover key combo pieces.
