Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Elemental kindred deck piloted by Animar, Soul of Elements. It blends rapid ramp, Animar's compounding cost reduction, and kindred landfall triggers to deploy massive boards ahead of curve. The early game focuses on setting up color fixing and mana dorks like Smokebraider to cast Animar on turn 3. On turn 4, card advantage engines like Risen Reef, Elemental Bond, and Temur Ascendancy come online, allowing the deck to chain cheap Elementals and rapidly inflate Animar. By turn 5, the deck transitions into lethal threats, slamming Omnath, Locus of Rage, Maelstrom Wanderer, or Champion of the Path. Opponents face decisive combat damage or burn damage by turn 6. Built-in protection from white and black shields Animar from premier spot removal, while asymmetric wipes like Raise the Palisade clear opposing boards for lethal swings.
