Deck overview

This is a Mardu Vampire-tribal aggro deck built around Edgar Markov's Eminence: every Vampire spell cast from the 99 produces a free 1/1 token while he sits in the command zone, so the deck floods the board without spending extra cards. The curve is extremely low (2.06 average MV) and stuffed with one-drop Vampires that pressure life totals immediately through Vicious Conquistador, Pulse Tracker, and Voldaren Epicure. From there, the plan pivots to table-wide damage: Sanctum Seeker, Commissar Severina Raine, and Within Range convert every attacker into global drain, while Shared Animosity and Indulgent Aristocrat turn the 1/1 army into a real clock. Its primary finisher is one explosive combat - All-Out Assault grants an extra combat and global deathtouch, and Edgar Markov's haste means he swings the turn he lands. Secondary reach comes from Caesar, Legion's Emperor, Arabella, Abandoned Doll, and Ajani, Nacatl Avenger's mass-sacrifice ultimate. Five board-level protection effects (Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, Guardian of Faith, Boros Charm, Unbreakable Formation) are held to push the critical swing through wipes.
