Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger strategy built around Prismari, the Inspiration, which grants storm to all instant and sorcery spells. The early game focuses on developing mana rocks, filtering through the library with cheap cantrips like Opt, Brainstorm, and Expressive Iteration, and policing the board with efficient counterspells and sweepers like Blasphemous Act. Once reaching 6 to 7 mana, the deck deploys Prismari, the Inspiration or Thousand-Year Storm. In the following turn, it executes a high-velocity storm chain fueled by Magecraft engines such as Archmage Emeritus and rituals like Rapturous Moment. Graveyard recursion from Wisdom of Ages or Festival of Embers refills the hand mid-combo, letting the deck copy burn spells like Lightning Bolt and triggers from Coruscation Mage enough times to incinerate all three opponents simultaneously. Redundant token-makers and prowess threats ensure the deck can pivot to combat finishes if storm lines are contested.
