Deck overview

This deck uses Trynn, Champion of Freedom and Silvar, Devourer of the Free as a Human-token and sacrifice engine. It develops a wide board through Trynn, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Outlaws' Merriment, Hanweir Garrison, and other token makers, then converts creatures into pressure with Silvar, Bastion of Remembrance, Zulaport Cutthroat, Warleader's Call, and sacrifice outlets. The plan is strongest in a longer midrange game, where repeated tokens support removal, card draw, and combat. Its main limits are the six-mana commander pair, many tapped lands, modest tutoring, and almost no stack interaction. It can produce a threatening board around turn 8, but it lacks a compact or reliable table-wide finish. The deck is resilient to some creature removal through indestructible and recursion, yet a well-timed sweeper or exile effect can reset most of its accumulated resources.
