Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Golgari token swarm and sacrifice engine commanded by Camellia, the Seedmiser. The core strategy revolves around creating Food tokens through efficient enablers such as Vinereap Mentor, Gilded Goose, and Peregrin Took, then converting those resources into an evasive army of Squirrel tokens. Camellia, the Seedmiser grants universal menace to Squirrels and continuously generates tokens whenever Foods are sacrificed, while her activated forage ability systematically pumps the team with +1/+1 counters. The deck accelerates into midgame pressure using token multipliers like Chatterfang, Squirrel General and Hazel of the Rootbloom, culminating in overwhelming combat steps backed by Banner of Kinship, Overrun, or life drain from Valley Rotcaller. A flexible instant-speed removal suite efficiently checks opposing threats, while graveyard utility cards provide steady midgame resilience. Although the deck lacks stack protection and stax pieces, its compounding token production creates formidable combat inevitability.
