Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Sultai Voltron strategy centered on Indominus Rex, Alpha. By leveraging a dense suite of 1-2 CMC mana dorks and ramp spells, the deck consistently casts its commander on Turn 4. As Indominus Rex enters, it discards multi-keyword creature cards such as Gurmag Swiftwing, Bontu the Glorified, and Carnage Tyrant, granting itself hexproof, indestructible, haste, trample, and flying counters while immediately drawing 4-6 cards to refill the hand. With built-in protection and evasion online on the turn it enters, the deck pivots into aggressive commander damage or infect kills utilizing pump spells like Berserk, Choose Your Weapon, and Tainted Strike. Efficient 1-mana countermagic and phasing effects safeguard the commander from sweepers, steadily closing out the game by Turn 6.
