Servant of the Secret Fire (Bracket 4 w/ Infinite) by ApologeticsBrad

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf the Grey

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Gandalf the Grey leads an Izzet spellslinger and flicker-combo strategy that pivots smoothly between steady burn damage and sudden infinite game-ending loops. Early turns focus on smoothing land drops and digging through the library using efficient cantrips, tutors, and spell-cost reducers. As spells resolve, passive burn triggers from Gandalf, Guttersnipe, and Fiery Inscription whittle down enemy life totals. The deck closes games decisively by assembling flicker loops, notably Dualcaster Mage copying Ghostly Flicker or Deadeye Navigator pairing with Peregrine Drake. These lines generate infinite mana, unbounded spell copies, and endless Gandalf trigger resets to eliminate all opponents at once.
