Vivi Ornitier leads this low-to-the-ground UR spellslinger combo deck. She serves a dual role: a once-per-turn mana ritual that scales with her power and a triggered pinger that grows while cantrips and rituals are cast. The primary kill is an Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Brain Freeze storm loop that mills all opponents. Secondary plans use Quicksilver Elemental to copy Vivi's activated ability for infinite colored mana, or Hullbreaker Horror to bounce mana rocks while Vivi's triggers finish the table.
