Nick 4 by zyrzyxen

Format: Commander

Commander: Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Five-color "Hero" tribal built around Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and his one-shot Power-up ability, which cheats a Hero, Equipment, or Vehicle onto the battlefield and can transform double-faced cards. The deck's early game is a mana-fixing race; the midgame trades on Hulk, Gamma Goliath reducing Power-up costs and blink effects such as Ephemerate, Teleportation Circle, and The Mind Stone resetting Fury for repeated battlefield tutors. It wins through combat, not combos: cheated threats like Captain Marvel, Apex Avenger and Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man attack behind Captain America, Team Leader haste, Avengers Assemble! anthems, free spells from Cosmic Cube and Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger, and occasional extra combats from Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk. No infinite combo lines exist; the plan is overwhelming value and combat inevitability.
