Dwarves by KINGscrubing

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros deck is a Dwarf-and-Equipment midrange build that wins by turning Treasure tokens and cheap equipment into one explosive combat. Thorin, King of Durin's Folk is the commander and force multiplier: he creates a Treasure for every Dwarf that enters and pumps other Dwarves for each artifact token, but he is not a dedicated engine. Magda, Brazen Outlaw is the hidden commander, tapping Dwarves for Treasures and tutoring artifacts or Dragons. The primary plan is to ramp, assemble the storied engine with Kili and Bifur, and finish with a double-striking Thorin or a hasted Smaug or Goldspan Dragon. Secondary lines go wide with Dwarf tokens and Sentinel Sarah Lyons. There are no infinite combos; this is a combat and tempo deck with a roughly 6-7 turn goldfish.
