Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Polymorph Control strategy led by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan generates low-cost creature and planeswalker tokens early, then leverages Jace's −3 loyalty ability to transform those disposable tokens into game-ending threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, and The Ur-Sphinx. A dense package of 2-CMC mana rocks ensures consistent turn-4 commander deployment. Backed by versatile low-cost spot removal, sweepers, and planeswalker utility, the deck controls opposing boards while building an overwhelming presence. Once established, the massive flying threats deal decisive combat damage while Archfiend of Despair accelerates the table clock to close the game rapidly.
