Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind commands a synergistic Jeskai artifact deck built around rapid counter generation and proliferate mechanics. Kilo has haste and proliferates whenever it becomes tapped, turning mana rocks, utility taps, and combat attacks into immediate board-wide growth. The deck uses low-cost artifact acceleration such as Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, and Pentad Prism to deploy Kilo ahead of curve on Turn 2 or 3. It then scales charge counters and +1/+1 counters across engines like Insight Engine, Everflowing Chalice, and Hangarback Walker. The primary win condition is an infinite proliferate combo using Freed from the Real on Kilo alongside a tap-for-mana enabler such as Relic of Legends or Paradise Mantle. This generates infinite counters to eliminate all opponents in a single turn through Walking Ballista, All Will Be One, or infinite extra turns with Magistrate's Scepter. Alternatively, cards like Cyberdrive Awakener and Alibou, Ancient Witness provide lethal combat finishes.
