Y'shtola, Night's Blessed pilots an Esper control-combo deck that drains opponents with each expensive noncreature spell while stocking up Bloodchief Ascension. The primary path is to stabilize behind Sphere of Safety/Propaganda, use Y'shtola's end-step draw and 2-point bolt to accrue value, then assemble Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank for an infinite mill-drain kill. Backup damage comes from Kambal, Sheoldred, Talion, and Black Market Connections; interaction is dense (free counterspells, instant removal, mass phase-outs), so the deck can play a protect-the-combo control game. There is no hidden commander; G'raha Tia is a secondary token/drain subtheme. The commander's role is both card advantage and the trigger that charges and detonates the combo.
