Deck overview

Millicent, Restless Revenant leads an Azorius Spirit-token aggro deck. She is both a cost-reduced beater and the central token engine: her affinity for Spirits makes her cheap once a few Spirits are out, and her death/combat triggers create more flying tokens. The primary plan is to amass a wide evasive board with Spectral Procession and Clarion Spirit, pump it with lords like Supreme Phantom, Empyrean Eagle, and Drogskol Captain, and finish either through incremental flying attacks or a mass pump such as Moonshaker Cavalry. Anointed Procession, Elspeth, Storm Slayer, and Exalted Sunborn act as force multipliers. Donal, Herald of Wings is a hidden commander that copies nonlegendary flying spells to flood the board. The deck also has a pillow-fort package and enough instant-speed protection to push damage through.
