This is a Grixis deck helmed by Obeka, Splitter of Seconds, built entirely around her ability to grant extra upkeep steps on combat damage. The 99 is packed with "at the beginning of your upkeep" triggers - Dragonmaster Outcast, Creeping Bloodsucker, the four Courts, Extravagant Replication, Bonehoard Dracosaur, Twilight Prophet, Plargg and Nassari, Thopter Spy Network, and Mechanized Production - so every connect with Obeka (menace, plus unblockable outlets like Rogue's Passage and Silver Shroud Costume) fires the whole engine multiple times per turn. A parallel initiative/undercity package (Rilsa Rael, Kingpin, Tomb of Horrors Adventurer, Caves of Chaos Adventurer, Sarevok's Tome) adds dungeon-completion payoffs. The deck wins through table-wide life drain, commander damage via Hatred and the Rings, a token swarm, or the Mechanized Production alternate win condition.
