Yu-Gi-Oh But Better by KotaMori

Format: Commander

Commander: Kaust, Eyes of the Glade

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a highly synergistic Naya (Red/Green/White) face-down combat strategy helmed by Kaust, Eyes of the Glade. The primary game plan revolves around deploying creatures face down via morph, disguise, cloak, or manifest, and using Kaust's ability to flip them for cheap during combat. This allows the deck to bypass exorbitant mana costs on massive creatures like Krosan Cloudscraper or Akroma, Angel of Fury. Kaust also serves as a potent card draw engine, rewarding you for dealing combat damage with creatures that were flipped that turn. The deck wins primarily through overwhelming combat damage, supplemented by massive burn damage from Pyrotechnic Performer and wide board pumps from Duskana, the Rage Mother. It plays as a tricky, value-oriented midrange deck that keeps opponents guessing about the true nature of its board state.
