This is a theft-and-monarch deck helmed by Garland, Royal Kidnapper. The core plan is to make an opponent the monarch, then use Garland's trigger to seize control of their creatures for as long as they hold the crown, while the +2/+2 and can't-be-sacrificed buff turns those stolen bodies into a real combat clock. The 99 is packed with redundant theft, clone, and reanimation effects - Agent of Treachery, Gilded Drake, Bribery, Hostage Taker, Sepulchral Primordial, and Rise of the Dark Realms - so the deck can steal from hands, libraries, battlefields, and graveyards alike.
