Surveillance Camera by Afmoad

Deck overview

Mirko, Obsessive Theorist leads a Dimir surveil graveyard value deck that grows Mirko with every surveil trigger and reanimates creatures with power less than Mirko at each end step with a finality counter. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard via surveil, mill and draw, then loop value creatures for incremental drain and board control. Secondary paths use blink and copy effects to reuse enter triggers and steal opponents' graveyards. Mirko is the repeatable recursion engine, not a combo piece. The three recent swaps all improve the deck: the new blink extra-step legend, the miracle reanimator, and the theft Avatar each add immediate board impact and synergy over the slower, narrower cards they replaced.
