Deck overview

The Wise Mothman leads a Sultai rad and +1/+1 counter deck that turns milling into board growth. Mothman gives each player rad counters on entry and attack, then puts +1/+1 counters on your creatures whenever nonland cards are milled. The deck amplifies this with Hardened Scales effects, proliferate, and mill doublers like Bruvac and The Water Crystal to grow quickly while drawing cards. Combat with large, protected creatures is the main win, while Bloodchief Ascension plus Mindcrank (and The Master of Lake-town) provides an infinite mill and life-loss combo. Muldrotha, the Gravetide acts as a hidden commander for graveyard recursion and rebuild.
