Vivi 2

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This Izzet storm combo deck focuses on casting dense chains of noncreature spells. Vivi Ornitier acts as a powerful mid-turn mana battery and burn outlet, growing and dealing damage to every opponent with each noncreature spell before tapping for massive mana. The primary route to victory loops spells using Underworld Breach alongside Brain Freeze and Lotus Petal, or chaining Reiterate with mana-positive rituals such as Seething Song and Jeska's Will. Secondary win conditions include Dramatic Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter or Stella Lee, Wild Card copied with Twisted Fealty. Heavy instant-speed countermagic and cheap redirection ensure protection throughout the winning storm turn.
