Mono Blue by Takho

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck uses Eluge, the Shoreless Sea to reduce the cost of your first instant or sorcery each turn by distributing flood counters. You accumulate incremental value and lock down the board through instant-speed interaction and targeted blink spells that trigger Eluge multiple times. In the mid-to-late game, you convert massive mana efficiency into game-ending board states. You win by assembling an infinite bounce engine with Hullbreaker Horror and cheap mana rocks, resolving a kicked Rite of Replication on high-impact creatures, or overwhelming opponents through unblockable commander damage and mass token generation from Talrand, Sky Summoner and Murmuring Mystic.
