High Perfect Morcant - Tourney Deck by Daredevil106

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads a Golgari Elf deck that turns every Elf entrance into a -1/-1 counter on each opponent's creature. The primary plan is to ramp with cheap Elf druids, flood the board with tokens, and finish through Craterhoof Behemoth, Shaman of the Pack, or Lathril's activated drain. A secondary channel uses Flourishing Defenses, Nest of Scarabs, and Blowfly Infestation to generate an infinite token/death loop, converted to life loss by Poison-Tip Archer. The deck is not built around a double-faced commander; Freyalise is the only 'can be your commander' card in the 99, but Morcant's blight and proliferate dictate the strategy. Lathril acts as a hidden commander for a 10-Elf activation kill.
